Fantastic property all round. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staff friendly warm and welcoming. Food was also excellent in the bar. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay if you’re heading to the area. Also fantastic value for money.

We had a couple of dietary requirements and she assisted with these amazingly. She must have run back and forward to the chef about ten times checking everything was suitable for us to eat. This makes it such a more enjoyable experience eating out when you have allergies. Great night, food and experience- will definitely be back! Keep up the good work Bonnie
Read MoreWe stopped at The Royal Forester’s for 2 nights for a recent visit to Ascot. The location was perfect and the hotel was fabulous. I couldn’t fault our stay in any way. The room was modern, clean, had all the mod cons and the bed was super comfortable. The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful if they tried. Very attentive. We had a meal in the restaurant which was fantastic. The waitress was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic and there was a good variety of drinks. We also got breakfast included and the selection of food was great and the quality and service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend staying there whether it’s a trip to the races or for a night or two away.

Read MoreStayed here Christmas Day night as I was spending the day with friends who live nearby. I booked a standard double room which was perfect. Room was a good size, exceptionally clean with a contemporary styling which I really liked. The whole room felt very new. Plenty of storage space, large flatscreen TV, Nespresso machine and kettle with capsules and teabags etc provided, minibar with complimentary water and milk. Even bathrobes and slippers are provided if you want them! Very comfortable bed, good soundproofing too as my room was on the ground floor and adjacent to the road and curtains that really made the room dark. Bathroom was also very nice, clean and spacious, great shower and toiletries provided. Breakfast was included and is served in the restaurant. You can choose anything from the menu, plus juice, coffee or tea etc. The restaurant area is open and airy, with the open kitchen area just behind, spotlessly clean and great to see all the tables laid out, comfy chairs too. I chose the full English breakfast which was very generous, very tasty and delicious, great flat white coffee too. I was extremely impressed with my room and the hotel and also the quality of the breakfast. The whole place is very stylish and contemporary in its look and feel. Very high customer service and I felt there was a real sense of pride from the people who were working there and that they want to ensure and deliver a great customer experience.

Read MoreWe visited the Royal Foresters on 3rd November for an overnight stay .. The rooms are excellent and so was the full English breakfast in the morning . We had a superior room which was spotless with coffee machine , dressing gown and slippers . The bathroom again was lovely double shower and spotlessly clean . Very impressed. The bar / restaurant was very busy when we came in but you could not hear any noise from the room.
Read MoreMyself and a group of friends were lucky enough to be invited to the opening night. Having not been here since my early twenties (over 10 years ago) I was amazed by the transformation. It looks modern whilst keeping with the traditions.
The outdoor areas are fantastic (we spent most of our time out here) and the canapés, stone baked pizza and deserts we had were all excellent.
Service was friendly and attentive and we will definitely be going back soon.
Wow, what a fantastic new asset to ascot, fairly priced and exceeding expectation in all areas this is a gastro to watch!
Not only is the food excellent and freshly prepared (following a chat with the chef over the open pass in the open kitchen, a calm chef at that, a rare occasion) the quality, seasoning and presentation was outstanding, the new decor has highlighted the propertys features and modernised it without being overbearing (something that is difficult to do) and the staff are efficient and friendly.
The rooms are a must at £135 during weekday with breakfast a steal for the area! Get in quick as im sure the wont stay this greater value for money forever!!!
