The Royal Foresters, in the heart of Ascot, is conveniently located close to some of the UK’s best family attractions. Go Ape, Bracknell

Located within Swinley Forest, Go Ape is a 2-3 hour treetop adventure with tricky crossings, tunnels and airborne obstacles, exhilarating zip wires and giant Tarzan swings. The Forest Segway experience is an hour long cruise through the trees while staying firmly at ground level! A 3 mile drive from the Royal Foresters.

Coral Reef Bracknell’s Waterworld – leisure pool

A free form leisure pool with 5 giant waterslides to suit all degrees of bravery! There are dedicated Little Coral’s Toddler Pools, designed for the under-fives with small slides and a range of fun splash activities, a pirate ship, water cannons and a volcano. Disco rapids, a lazy river and relaxing spa pools mean there is something for all the family to enjoy. A 3 mile drive from The Royal Foresters.

Lapland

November and December only

The Lapland UK daytrip lasts approximately 3.5 hours. The first 90 minutes include theatrical storytelling in the Enchanted Forest, Toy Factory and Mother Christmas Kitchen. The second half of the experience takes place in the Elven Village before a visit with Father Christmas. A 6 minute walk from the Royal Foresters, in woodland of the Whitmoor Forest, Lapland UK is open from November 12 to December 24, 2022.

The Windsor Mystery Treasure Trail

A 2.5 hour self-guided detective murder-mystery investigation. The trail loops round cobbled streets, past the towering castle and through green spaces to solve the whodunnit before the criminal strikes again! The trail starts at Goswell Hill, an 8 mile drive from the Royal Foresters.

Windsor Duck Tours

A guided tour of Windsor with a difference. A duck themed bus that travels along the road then drives into the River Thames and turns into a boat! A firm favourite with children. A 15 minute drive from the Royal Foresters.
